COLLABORATORS' AGREEMENT


This Agreement is entered into on _______________, 20__ with respect to the following song(s):

The undersigned songwriters collaborated in the creation of the above song(s) of which the title, lyric and melody are considered a whole and inseparable unit with the following understanding: 

1. No songwriter shall be responsible to any other songwriter for expenses incurred in the preparation or presentation of the song(s) unless agreed upon. 

2. All earnings from the song(s), and all initial demo expenses, will be divided as follows (writers incurring agreed upon higher expenses will recoup these costs first from the other writer(s) upon earnings):

3. All the writers shall have equal rights to issue licenses for any use of the song(s).

4. Writers agree that any future changes to the song(s) will be mutually agreed upon. 

5. Any writers’ song or agreement dispute, not resolved in 30 days, will be submitted to the foremost local arbitration organization in the largest nearby city closest to all writers.
