ABOUT EVYN CHARLES:

Vocalist, guitarist and songwriter Evyn Charles has been composing and performing since he was a child, and his mother remembers him singing before he could walk.

Evyn graduated from Berklee College of Music, Boston, where he completed a thorough musical curriculum. Currently represented by Songs & Artists in the areas of songwriting and performance, Evyn and his band's first released CD is "Spare Me The Details."

A passionate and engaging performer, Evyn has appeared at many well-known concert venues, events and festivals. As a supporting artist and performer Evyn has toured the United States and the world with classic artists and bands. He's also appeared in musical and theatrical productions. And early on in his career Evyn was a member of Los Angeles Rock group "Thinking Out Loud".

Evyn continues to write original material for his own songwriting and performing career and also continues to write and perform for film, video and commercials that recently included an Orville Redenbacher popcorn commercial - that could literally be considered his first "pop" hit :) And Evyn had two of his songs appearing and even performed by the female star Sarah Thompson in the feature file Break also starring Michael Madsen, Charles Durning and the late David Carradine (his last completed film) and Evyn even appeared in the movie playing guitar to one of his songs.

Aside from music, Evyn enjoys snowboarding, windsurfing, and helping raise his son.
