Three specialized programs have stood the test of time when it comes to lyric writing and this issue spotlights just some of the strengths of each.
Lyric writing can be done of course just simply with a pen and pad of paper and may well be sufficient - but if you want to handily juice up your writing process with extra input then check out these programs further.
As it is often said - many a great song have not simply been written they've been rewritten - often countless times - lyric writing programs can greatly help from start to rewriting finish on that journey.

The Three Musketeers Of Lyric Writing
There are several types of programs that can help you better write and polish your lyrics from brainstorming to virtual co-writing programs to even standard word processing programs like Word. However, many songwriters have found that having a good base lyric program is central to their writing process and often all they need.

Masterize Your Writing With MasterWriter
MasterWriter stand out features include the most extensive rhyming dictionary of the pack (over 100,000) teamed up with rhymed phrases, Roget's thesaurus, the world's only alliteration dictionary, cultural references including clichés and today's buzz phrases, along with the American Heritage Dictionary.
